• I don't expect you to magically remember or understand or be able to implement everything we do this week. That is not the point of this week. 

• The point of this week is to expose you to important methods and pedagogy, to give you the chance to practice skills. If you walk away with a few new skills, that is a success.

• It is okay to feel overwhelmed!
